EMS Training

Electric muscle stimulation suits deliver stimulation to the muscle which causes a muscle contraction, this contraction is similar to the contraction that takes place during weight lifting. With electrodes on the abdomen, back, chest, triceps, glutes, hamstrings, and quadriceps, clients can experience stimulation on all muscle groups or choose to focus on specific muscle groups. All areas are adjustable to the client's comfort level.  EMS suits can be used with minimal to no equipment and can be used in any setting. A 45 minute session is the equivalent of 2-3 hours of conventional exercise.

Thomas Crabtree @torture_with_thomas

"I want to give a shout out to @austin.smart.sculpt for bringing an innovative feature to her variety of services. If you are in bodybuilding, recovering from injury, or need help activating muscle, you have probably utilized a Neufit machine before to stimulate muscles to a higher degree than your central nervous system can do alone. There are a number of benefits to this, but the act of working out in a gym with a bunch of wires was always a bit inconvenient to both the trainer and client.
Austin Smart Sculpt now offers electro-magnetic suits (EMS) as a forward thinking alternative to that technology. I was able to get a great workout in this suit with or without the use of weights and my mobility was a non issue."
